What you will receive
All interviews will be lightly edited and appropriately formatted and labeled. Video interviews may include up to eight photographs.
- If we do an audio-only interview, I will send you a link to the audio file. Only you or someone you share the link with will be able to access and download the file. Upon request, you will also get one flash drive.
- If we do a video interview, I will send you a link to the file on Vimeo, which is similar to YouTube. Only you or someone you share the link with will be able to view and download the video. Upon request, you will also get one flash drive.
Written transcript
For an additional cost, I will provide a written transcript of your interview.

Excerpts for a special occasion or memorial service
- Let us know if you would like any excerpts edited into a short recording for a special occasion or a memorial service. Pricing depends on the scope of the project.

Podcast interview
- There is no cost to be on the Catching Your Memories podcast, but it is not a life-story interview. We only talk about a specific story, and the episode will be available to the general public. (See examples here.)
